This is an opportunity for motivated, professional agents who welcome coaching and want to build something of their own.
All three requirements must be met.
Hold an active life insurance license.
You're already licensed to protect families. You'll need an active life insurance license to write business through the program.
Be eligible to contract with our carriers.
You must be able to become contracted with, or obtain any required releases from, the final expense carriers we offer.
Have a reliable home-office setup.
High-speed internet, a quiet professional space, strong phone skills, and comfort working inside a CRM, calling system and carrier platforms.
Previous life insurance sales experience is not required.

Is this a W-2 job or a 1099 opportunity?
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not W-2 employment. You build your own business, and commission, renewal, bonus and incentive trip terms are governed by the applicable written agreements.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are paid weekly on eligible business, so you are not waiting months to get paid. There is no hourly wage, salary or minimum guarantee — this is a commission opportunity, and earnings are not guaranteed.
Do I have to buy my own leads?
No. This is a free lead program. We fund the television and digital advertising that generates the inbound calls, and those calls are routed to you at no lead cost. There is no cold calling and no lead bill.
Do I need previous life insurance sales experience?
Previous experience is not required. You do need an active life insurance license, eligibility to contract with our carriers, and the coachability to follow a proven sales process. We provide the training, the technology and the community.
What states are you hiring in?
All states. The opportunity is fully remote and open to licensed agents across the United States, and you write in the states where you hold an active license.
