Leading the way are DigitalBGA’s founders, Jeff and Nic.
Jeff started in the industry in 2006. He grinded aged leads with a dialer (doesn’t work anymore, don’t try it!) while he built his online marketing machine his first year as an independent agent. Today he has over 3,000 clients and 99% of his business has been transacted over the phone.
Jeff built an agent training resource (SellTermLife.com) to teach agents to market life insurance online and sell over the phone. He hosts a podcast with over 100,000 unique downloads that interviews successful industry veterans, life insurance marketers and rising stars. Through SellTermLife, Jeff has helped his agents to not rely on lead vendors and to generate their own leads online and he brings that expertise to DigitalBGA producing agents at no cost. Jeff literally wrote the book on building a digital life insurance business. He’s author of The Digital Life Insurance Agent which outlines how market life insurance online and sell over the phone.
Nic started in the industry in 2004 selling mortgage protection life insurance face to face. At the age of 22, he decided that instead of driving from appointment to appointment he would work leads generated from the internet. Over the next 7 years, he sold over 7,000 policies, never having met a client face to face. In a 7 year period, he personally wrote over $10,000,000 of target life premiums. Nic then started teaching agents how to do the same thing by helping them create websites, drive traffic and focus on process automation. He has managed and trained a core group of agents, and discusses next generation strategies daily to help grow their businesses. Nic co-owns NinjaQuoter.com, a wildly successful online life insurance quoting tool for agents. He helped create the product to help agents by lowering the barrier to entry with online marketing.
