Insurance Coordinator

Description: Provide consistent, effective, and proactive administrative support in the processing and followup of policies, applications/interviews, exams, etc. Package and deliver policy documents to insured via electronic systems, work to obtain signed documents and route to appropriate carrier.  Work closely with carriers to offer excellent service to clients and agents. Act as support for Case Managers in placing policies and helping clients secure life insurance.  Exceptional insurance coordinators get the first opportunity at any open case manager positions.

Skills:  Must be tech savvy, detail oriented and personable.  No experience is necessary, but is preferred.

Compensation:  Depends on experience.  Full time employees receive health, dental and vision benefits.

Application Specialist

(Hiring for January 2018)

Description:   Take inbound calls as well as make outbound calls to complete applications submitted through our lifeinsuranceprocessing.com portal. An application specialist will complete an application on an agent’s behalf using eSignature technology and order exams.

Skills: Must be tech savvy, detail oriented and personable.  Experience in life insurance is preferred, but we can train the right person.

Marketing Integration Manager

Description: DigitalBGA generates a significant amount of leads every day for our agents and VSA program. The DigitalBGA marketing manager will manage all of our lead sources, manage lead purchases from agents, handle all lead distribution setups, reporting and working with agents to integrate into their systems. Eventually we’ll work with you to help us optimize our campaigns. DigitalBGA will train you how to do all of this and you’ll pick up an invaluable skill set with real world training.

Description Experience in online marketing is preferred, but not mandatory. You must be extremely tech savvy (you’ll be living in your computer), resourceful and of course trainable.
